PTA

As a parent/carer/grandparent of a child at Frinton-on-Sea Primary School you are automatically a member of the Frinton PTA. We are a welcoming bunch so come along and see – it is a great way to become involved with school life. The PTA work tirelessly to organise events, including, craft afternoons, film nights, swap shops, quiz nights, bingo nights, discos, Christmas Fayre and lots of other fun activities. We also run an after school sweet shop on Friday afternoons. We try to have meetings twice a term, where everyone is invited. This is where we plan events and decide on spending priorities and where we are always looking for inspiration. It is also a chance to meet new people and become more involved with your child’s school.

Over the past few years, the PTA has made significant contributions to the school including, extending the library area, new library books, play equipment on the field and the back patio, Pirate Ship, toilets on the field during the summer term and part funding trips as well as providing IPads.

However, to carry on running the PTA we need your help. It doesn’t matter if you can’t help on a regular basis, any help is always appreciated. If you would like to come along to the meetings, help at an upcoming event or suggest ways to raise or spend funds we would love to hear from you.
