Promote Scientific Literacy: Equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to engage meaningfully with the scientific community and critically evaluate scientific information.
Encourage Inquiry and Exploration: Inspire students to ask questions, conduct investigations, and draw evidence-based conclusions, aligning with the principles of enquiry-based learning.
Develop Practical Skills: Ensure that students acquire essential practical skills, including observation, experimentation, and the application of scientific methods.
Foster an Inclusive Environment: Create a curriculum that is accessible to all learners, valuing diverse scientific contributions and perspectives, encouraging every child to see themselves as potential scientists.
Integrate Cross-Curricular Links: Embed Science learning with other subject areas, such as Mathematics and Literacy, to reinforce the application of scientific concepts in real-world contexts.
